Senior Project Officer (Senior Facilitator)

Role Type: 12 month contract

Hours: Casual or part time (15.5 hours per week)
Salary: $110,279 – $117,029 p.a plus super (pro rata)

The opportunity:

Murdoch Children’s Research Institute (MCRI) is seeking a Senior Project Officer (Senior Facilitator) to join a national team delivering education and learning programs focused on improving outcomes for children and families through evidence-informed and family-centred approaches. The successful applicant will facilitate online and face-to-face workshops, contribute to e-learning development, and support stakeholder engagement and project activities.

This position can be offered as part-time (15.2 hours per week) or casual. Occasional evening work, weekend delivery, and regional or interstate travel may be required.

What you’ll do

• Deliver online and face-to-face education and learning programs


• Support the development and delivery of education and learning products


• Manage project activities and stakeholder relationships


• Facilitate workshops and meetings with internal and external stakeholders


• Support promotion and growth of education and learning offerings

What you’ll bring

• Experience designing and delivering education and training programs


• Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills


• Experience in relational practice and family-centred care


• Demonstrated project management and organisational skills


• Relevant qualification and/or equivalent experience in a related field
