Description
As a Senior RFP Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting business growth, consultant relationships and client retention by leading the development of high-quality proposal and due diligence submissions. Working closely with teams across investments, product, legal, compliance, ESG, risk, operations and distribution, you will manage complex opportunities, provide strategic input on proposal content, and ensure responses are accurate, compelling and aligned to client needs. You will also contribute to the ongoing enhancement of proposal processes, content management and best practice across the function.
Your day-to-day:
Lead the delivery of RFPs, RFIs, DDQs, consultant database submissions, and other client questionnaires.
Manage proposal timelines and coordinate input from stakeholders across investments, product, legal, compliance, ESG, risk, operations, and distribution.
Develop high-quality, tailored responses that showcase our investment capabilities and meet client needs.
Maintain content quality, governance, and consistency across submissions.
Support consultant relations activities and contribute to content management and proposal strategy.
Mentor junior team members and drive continuous improvement across proposal processes, technology, and best practices.
Your experience:
Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in RFPs, proposals, investment marketing, product support, or client servicing within asset management.
Experience supporting institutional business development and consultant relationships.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner across investment and corporate functions.
Experience using proposal and content management platforms such as Qvidian, Salesforce, or Red Oak.
Previous experience mentoring team members or leading proposal workflows.
Your skills:
- Strong understanding of institutional investment management and client due diligence requirements.
- Excellent writing, editing, and project management skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to translate complex investment concepts into clear, compelling client-facing content.
- Strong commercial awareness and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Knowledge of regulatory, compliance, ESG, and responsible investment frameworks.
- Advanced Microsoft Office and proposal management system skills.
