The role will be DIDO from Adelaide on a 2:1 roster.

  Proven experience supervising civil and/or earthworks construction projects

  Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate site teams

  Demonstrated commitment to health, safety and environmental standards

  Ability to coordinate plant, equipment and subcontractors effectively

  Strong planning, organisational and problem-solving skills

  Ability to monitor productivity, manage competing priorities and meet project deadlines
