Senior Systems Administrator - Contract - Sydney

Requirements

• Experience with Windows and Linux systems administration
  


• Strong knowledge of Active Directory (AD (Join, Promote), DNS, and domain services
  


• Experience with VMware environments
  


• Ability to build and configure systems to SOE standards
  


• Experience with system hardening (GPO and off-domain)
  


• Knowledge of patching, firmware updates, and system maintenance
  


• Experience with system monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting
  


• Familiarity with testing, validation, and production deployments (go-live/ORE)
  


• Ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for server builds
  


• Experience with virtual server migrations (desirable)
  

• Detailed design for AD server
  


• Configure and build AD server to a standard SOE with hardening
  


• Promote the AD server into the rba domain (Patching and firmware updates)
  


• AD Join, Promote Hardening from GPO
  


• Complete the ORE with sign off to support go live with any validation.
