The Role:

  Work closely with experienced Partners

  Manage and grow high-value client relationships

  Deliver advanced tax planning and business advisory services

  Work across complex entity structures and multi-entity groups

  Contribute to strategic decision-making alongside Partners

  Use modern tools and systems to deliver efficient, high-quality outcomes

  Participate in ongoing technical development and leadership mentoring

  Play an active role in shaping client strategy and firm direction

  Work with clients across a broad range of industries including motor vehicle trades, share trading, primary production, stud horse operations, cattle stations and foreign-owned entities 

  
  

About You: 

• 
  

  Minimum 6+ years’ Australian public practice experience  

  
  

• 
  

  Strong background in tax and business services advisory  

  
  

• 
  

  Experience in Big 4, mid-tier or firms with complex/high-net-worth clients  

  
  

• 
  

  CA qualified (essential for partnership pathway)  

  
  

• 
  

  Strong technical tax capability across complex structures  

  
  

• 
  

  Confident communicator with strong client relationship skills  

  
  

• 
  

  Stable career history with long-term commitment mindset  

  
  

• 
  

  Ambition to progress into leadership and partnership
