Senior Technology Engineer

The Role

As a Senior Technology Engineer, you will own the design, delivery and support of infrastructure and modern workplace platforms across the business. You’ll act as a Level 3 escalation point, lead complex incident resolution, and drive continuous improvement across M365, identity, networks and endpoints.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise Microsoft 365, identity (Entra ID/AD), and endpoint platforms
• Provide L3 support and lead major incident resolution
• Drive root-cause analysis and implement permanent fixes
• Maintain security, monitoring, backup and DR standards
• Automate processes using PowerShell
• Support vulnerability remediation and strengthen security posture
• Mentor junior team members and coordinate vendors

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years’ experience in infrastructure/platform engineering
• Strong Microsoft 365 and identity management expertise
• Solid networking and Windows Server knowledge
• Experience with Intune/SCCM and automation (PowerShell)
• Proven problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
