Senior Test Analyst Enterprise PPM (EPPM)

Overview

As a Senior Test Analyst within the Enterprise PPM
(EPPM) stream, you’ll validate portfolio and project management processes
alongside document management integration across an SAP S/4HANA landscape.
Working within a distributed onshore/offshore delivery model, you’ll design and
execute tests across SAP PS, portfolio governance, and xECM/OpenText functions
to ensure quality outcomes ahead of go-live, collaborating closely with
functional teams throughout the testing cycle.

Your Role and
Responsibilities

• Design, script, and execute test cases across SAP PS, portfolio management, and xECM/OpenText functions within SAP S/4HANA.
  
• Validate project lifecycle processes and portfolio governance workflows, from project initiation through execution to closure.
  
• Review and validate document management and records workflows within xECM/OpenText against business and compliance requirements.
  
• Verify project and portfolio master data — WBS elements, networks, and portfolio structures — for accuracy and consistency across the EPPM stream.
  
• Validate integration points between EPPM and adjacent SAP streams.
  
• Develop and maintain traceability between business requirements, test cases, and defects to ensure full test coverage.
  
• Manage defects end to end using SAP CALM, Jira, and Quality Centre.
  
• Prepare and maintain test data across the EPPM stream.
  
• Lead and support System Integration Testing (SIT) activities.
  
• Lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business stakeholders.
  
• Utilise the SAP CALM test suite throughout the testing lifecycle.
  
• Support regression testing activities to confirm system stability across releases and configuration changes.
  
• Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams, aligning to AEST for overlap and communication.
  
• Report on test progress, coverage, and quality while adapting to changing priorities.

What We’re
Looking For

We’re looking for candidates with a combination
of the following:   

• 5+ years hands-on SAP testing experience
  (mandatory).
  
• Deep SAP S/4HANA knowledge.
  
• SAP CALM (Cloud Application Lifecycle Management)
  proficiency and mandatory exposure.
  
• EPPM functional expertise: SAP PS, portfolio
  management, and xECM/OpenText.
  
• SAP Activate methodology experience.
  
• Strong test case design, scripting, and test data
  management skills.
  
• Integration testing (SIT) and UAT leadership
  capability.
  
• Strong written and verbal communication,
  analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  
• Proven distributed/offshore team delivery and
  adaptability across changing timelines.
  
• SAP module certification highly desirable.
