We are looking for an experienced Service Administrator to join our team based in Muswellbrook. You’ll provide administrative support to the branch leadership team and enjoy a variety of other tasks. 

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

• Provide general administrative support to branch leadership and other departments within the branch

• Supporting the payroll function for the branch

• Supporting databases and transferring data between platforms

• Front desk support - greeting customers and assisting with enquiries

• Reporting and document collation

• Creating purchase orders and work orders

• Promoting Cummins products, services and embracing safety as a value, where safety is paramount for oneself and all team members

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

• Demonstrated experience in previous administration roles

• High level of computer literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook) and accounting programs are a bonus

• Positive, upbeat attitude

• Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly

• The ability to prioritise conflicting tasks 

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills  

• Assist in other general service administration tasks as required
