About the Role

Reporting to the Service Manager and working closely with our dedicated service team, you will be responsible for:

• Delivering an exceptional standard of customer service
• Handling enquiries and coordinating service bookings
• Greeting customers and keeping them updated on vehicle status
• Liaising with technicians and ensuring work is completed within expected timeframes
• Preparing repair orders and estimating costs and timeframes
• Supporting the growth of the service department by identifying new business opportunities

About You

We are seeking someone who brings:

• Solid knowledge of automotive servicing and repair processes
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• The ability to manage competing priorities and work efficiently under pressure
• A motivated, reliable work ethic with a commitment to excellence
• A professional, courteous approach and a genuine passion for customer service
