The Role:

Working in a state-of-the-art, newly refurbished service centre in Rydalmere, as a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end customer experience in the Aftersales area.  From the point of delivering their vehicle for repair, to the point of collection and payment, you will ensure that the customer is kept fully abreast of the progress of work being conducted, as well as providing full transparency of the costs involved. 

Roles and responsibilities will include:

• Deal with customer requirements for service and repair in an efficient and courteous manner to ensure the highest standard of Customer Service.
• Assist with the loading of the workshop to ensure efficient utilisation of workshop capacity.
• Carry out customer follow-up and prospecting activities to maintain and build the volume of work within the workshop.
• Accurately prepare and cost customer invoices to Group Standards.
• Build and maintain solid product knowledge through active participation in all manufacturer and internal training programs.
• Assist in meeting and exceeding key departmental performance indicator targets.

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Experience in a similar client-facing / customer service role
• Excellent customer service skills including a pleasant welcoming manner and the ability to relate to a wide range of people both in-person and via telephone
• Strong ability to work within a team environment
• Demonstrated computer literacy including Microsoft Office, Excel etc..
• Advanced MS office and general computer skills.
