Robert Half are proud to be partnering with our client, a global vehicle manufacturing & servicing organisation who specialise in producing quality cleaning and clearing equipment for all environments.

The Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to support the Service Manager and Customer Service Team, acting as the first point of call to their customers.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls for the Customer Service Centre and provide advice regarding products, equipment, and service offering.
• You will coordinate and allocate the activities of Service Technicians.
• Receive requests for service work and allocate and schedule works and keeping the customer informed of the progress of their job.
• Process and invoice all completed workshop jobs and complete the month end process.
• Compile and complete service reports, quotes and raise purchase orders.
• Maximise workshop sales of labour, parts and consumables ensuring part availability for jobs.
• Manage the administration of warranty jobs, parts, and storage.

Your Profile

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a fast-paced scheduling and allocations role highly regarded.
• Strong customer focus, with a background in an ever-changing environment is a must!
• Ability to work well under pressure and learn to adapt quickly.
• Demonstrated ability to deal with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
• A flexible and adaptive working approach.
• Technical knowledge and familiarity with refuse products and equipment would be an advantage.
• Experience working with a mobile workforce or in a similar environment is desirable.
