Duncan and West Automotive & Charlestown Auto Electrics are a privately owned and operated light vehicle and auto electrical workshop that has been serving our community for over 35 years. We are known for our commitment to providing completely transparent service to all our customers, and we’re looking for a dedicated Service Manager / Service Advisor to join our close-knit team.

As a key member of our team, you will work directly alongside the owner of the business, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of daily activities. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with industry-specific experience looking to take the next step in their career and make a real impact in a family-oriented business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of daily workflow within the workshop.
• Book and schedule client appointments, while planning for future work.
• Invoicing and estimating services & repairs.
• Order required parts and oversee inventory management.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven industry-specific experience in automotive services (auto electrical or light vehicle).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• A proactive, hands-on attitude with the ability to multi-task.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service focus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
