Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Salary: $85,000 - $90,000 (dependent on experience)

We have an exciting new opportunity for a Service Coordinator to join a key client of ours here at APAC FM. Our client has over 100 years of combined industry knowledge. This company was founded and started up in Melbourne over 20 years ago, they have grown significantly, becoming one of the most solid Multi-Disciplinary HVAC companies in Australia with strong growth plans outperforming the industry year on year. 

As a Service Coordinator you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the service team of a thriving, $10 million+ business. The position involves scheduling technicians, ensuring operations run smoothly, and mentoring junior coordinators. You will need to demonstrate excellent multitasking skills, the ability to manage competing priorities, and coordinate the workflow of over 80 employees in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Scheduling technicians effectively and efficiently
• Mentoring and providing guidance to a junior coordinator
• Managing customer inquiries and service requests
• Ensuring timely delivery of service jobs
• Coordinating between various teams and departments
• Maintaining a high standard of customer service
• Supporting the growth and development of the service department

About You:

• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
• Experience in coordinating or dispatching service technicians
• HVAC industry knowledge is highly regarded (but not required)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Prior experience in a similar role within a larger business is an advantage
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
