Service Coordinator

What you’ll be doing 

Hastings Deering is on the hunt for a Service Coordinator to join our team in Rockhampton. In this permanent, full-time role (Monday to Friday), you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our customers and supporting operational success.

The key responsibilities of this dynamic role will include but not be limited to:

• Delivering a high‑quality, cost‑effective service that exceeds customer expectations and consistently achieves zero customer complaints.
• Monitoring all jobs to ensure optimal quality, accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Managing and following up on all rework, write‑off and goodwill requests in a timely and thorough manner.
• Accurately entering and maintaining all required documentation within AX.
• Ensuring all labour hours are correctly recorded daily and promptly addressing any missing or inaccurate entries.
• Effectively managing SIP/WIP and providing accurate forecasting of invoicing expectations.

Required Skills and Competencies:

• Excellent communication skills with a genuine customer focus. 
• Strong time management skills to keep jobs on track. 
• Committed to always maintaining high workplace health and safety standards. 
• Experience working within a service and warehousing orientated environment.
• Knowledge of CAT / HDAL products and services would be beneficial, but not essential.
