Array of Colour is a well-established specialist in residential and commercial painting. Having decades of experience in the painting and decorating industry they focus on external/internal painting, wallpapering, venetian plastering, decorative feature walls, plaster repairs, metal roofs, water damage repairs, office fit outs, tilt up panels, repaints, body corporate, real estate and graffiti removal.

Due to their excellence in service and quality of workmanship, they are now seeking to employ a Service Coordinator to assist to the overall administrative management of the organisation.

About the Position…

The position is accountable for professionally monitoring customer requirements and ensuring that the company's positive image and reputation remains intact. You will be expected to take inbound enquiries to scheduling service calls using improvised methods for improving customer service and client connectivity. Additionally, you will be required to complete market research on customer trends to better service the targeted demographic's requirements.

Further duties include;

• Written reports and database management entries of customer activity.
  


• Schedule service calls, take in-bound enquiries and follow-up on outstanding quotes.
  


• Assisting associates in closing sales and bringing in new clients.
  


• Assisting in managing employee schedules.
  


• Acting as a liaison between clients and company.
  


• Addressing and resolving any issues or complaints.
  


• Providing input into the design of promotional material.
  


•  Working with the marketing department to discuss research and market trends.
  

The Ideal Candidate…

The ideal candidate will have experience as a Service Co-ordinator or a comparable administrative background, along with the ability to think creatively and analytically. Further to this, the ideal candidate will have;

• Experience and understanding of operations from a service or trade-based working environment (Preferable).
  


• Exhibit strong organisational skills.
  


• Excellence interpersonal skills, developing professional relationships and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  


• Experience in using Database software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  


• Proven ability in multi-tasking effectively.
