About the opportunity: 

We are seeking a professional and friendly Service Receptionist within the Suzuki in the City and Wayville Isuzu Ute team who is passionate about customer service and being part of a high-performing team. Our Service Receptionist is the first point of contact for our service guests. The role requires you to have a friendly, enthusiastic and professional approach. The role is ideal for someone who is people oriented, able to provide excellent service to our customers, and work in a supportive team environment.

This position is a key part of our service team, and will also include training for warranty processing and claims. This is a full time, Monday-Friday role. 

Key responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Manage service bookings and scheduling.
• Handle inquiries via phone and email.
• Maintain accurate customer records and assist with service-related paperwork.
• Prepare and submit warranty claims to manufacturers.
• Track claim approvals and manage any discrepancies.
• Collaborate with the service team to provide seamless support.
