Site Manager - Medium Density Projects

As part of the Mirrastone Group, Soho Living is Victoria's number one townhouse and medium density builder by volume, delivering high-quality residential communities for leading developers across Melbourne and regional Victoria.

Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of future projects, we are seeking experienced Site Managers to join our Soho Built Construction Team across Melbourne's Metro West Region.

This is an opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of townhouse and medium density developments while being supported by the systems, resources and leadership of one of Australia's largest residential builders.

The Role

As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of medium density residential projects from commencement through to completion.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing multiple townhouse and medium density projects

• Coordinating and scheduling trades, subcontractors and suppliers

• Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to budget

• Maintaining quality standards throughout all stages of construction

• Conducting regular site inspections and quality audits

• Managing site safety and ensuring compliance with OH&S requirements

• Monitoring and controlling construction budgets and trade costs

• Building strong relationships with developer partners, consultants and stakeholders

• Providing exceptional customer and client service throughout the construction process

• Driving construction programs to achieve project milestones and settlement deadlines

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Previous experience managing townhouse, unit, medium density or project-based residential developments

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in a Site Manager role

• Strong knowledge of residential construction methodologies and building regulations

• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities

• Excellent organisational and time management skills

• Strong communication and relationship-building capability

• A proactive and solutions-focused approach

• High attention to detail and commitment to quality outcomes

• A genuine desire to contribute to a high-performing team environment
