Make an impact at Serco

As Site Marine Manager, you'll lead vessel operations and maintenance activities at HMAS Kuttabul, ensuring the safe, efficient and reliable delivery of marine support services. • Strong leadership capability within operational or technical teams

  • Knowledge of marine legislation, safety requirements and regulatory compliance

  • Experience building effective relationships with customers, contractors and stakeholders

  • Strong decision-making, communication and organisational skills

  • Current Class C Driver’s Licence.

In joining us, you’ll be part of a highly supportive culture with trusted leaders that will help you achieve your goals. Here, you will appreciate a flexible approach to work-life that comes with working at a company with long-term government-backed contracts.
