A rapidly growing and highly innovative technology organisation is seeking an experienced Site Reliability Engineer to join their operations team. This company is at the forefront of advanced compute and infrastructure delivery, operating within a high-performance, enterprise-scale environment. You will be joining a collaborative and technically advanced workforce, working on complex platforms and next-generation systems.

Your new role
In this exciting new role, you will be:

Supporting the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of high-performance infrastructure environments.

Managing and optimising Linux-based systems.

Building, maintaining, and enhancing CI/CD pipelines.

Troubleshooting complex infrastructure, networking, and application issues.

Supporting containerised and clustered environments (Kubernetes, Slurm).

Implementing and managing monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK.

Automating operational processes through scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python).

Participating in on-call support and ensuring high system availability.

Collaborating with engineering and operations teams to improve system reliability and performance.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in your application, you will need:

Demonstrated experience in a Site Reliability Engineer, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineering role.

Strong Linux systems administration skills.

Proven experience with CI/CD tools and automation practices.

Scripting experience in Powershell, Bash, or Python.

Experience working with Kubernetes and/or Slurm environments.

Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capability.

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency is essential.
