Nathan delivers works for Energy, Bridge and roads, Dams, Water, and mining infrastructure projects with a focus on FRP Package of Projects. We work anywhere from northern QLD to Victoria.

The Position:

Site Supervisor is key to the success of this civil construction project, as their oversight helps maintain safety, quality, and efficiency throughout the concrete reinforcement and pouring phases. Their attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to manage resources are critical for ensuring that the project is completed on time and within budget while meeting all required standards.

Conditions:

• Roster: 10/4


• Travel: Flights Paid for by Nathan Contractors


• Camp Accommodation, Meals, Gym & Rec Room


• Transport: From Airport to Camp / Camp to Site

Duties will include:

• Arrangement of Plant, Labour & Material resources for the project


• Direction & Monitoring of Subcontractors & Suppliers


• Thorough understanding of OH&S


• Maintaining the daily record of site activities


• Reading Plans


• High Level communication with Internal & External Stakeholders

What we’re looking for:

• Experienced in FRP as a Site Supervisor


• Certificate 3 in Civil Construction or Similar


• Experienced in the Concrete / Steel Fixing / Formwork / Earthworks.


• Implementation of quality control techniques


• Planning & management of daily tasks & activities / Ability to assist in managing
