Social Media Analyst & Creator

This is a unique role that combines social media analytics with hands-on content creation - perfect for someone who loves getting into the data just as much as they love getting behind the camera.

You’ll work closely with our global Social, Ecommerce, Product and Digital Marketing teams to help shape how Lovisa shows up across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest.

You’ll track what’s performing, identify emerging trends and opportunities, turn insights into recommendations, and create platform-native content that connects with our global audience.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Analyse social media performance across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest, identifying trends, opportunities and areas for optimisation.

• Use Dash Hudson and CreatorIQ to support performance tracking, reporting, scheduling and creator management.

• Track key metrics including engagement, follower growth, reach, organic social sessions, conversion, revenue and ROI.

• Ideate, film and edit engaging short-form content including TikToks, Reels and Stories.

• Stay across emerging trends, sounds, platform updates and algorithm changes.

• Support the development and execution of social content calendars across multiple platforms.

• Partner with the Head of Social Media and wider team to ensure content aligns with both brand and commercial objectives.

• Support paid social activity by developing and adapting content in line with the broader strategy.

• Track influencer collaborations, creator partnerships, global product seeding and other social initiatives.

• Write engaging, platform-appropriate social copy using relevant hashtags and SEO-led language to maximise reach.

• Use performance insights to continuously test, learn and improve Lovisa’s global social presence.

What We’re Looking For

You’re equal parts creative and analytical. You understand what makes people stop scrolling, but you also want to know what the numbers are telling you once the content goes live.

You’ll ideally bring:

• 2–3 years’ experience across social media, content creation, digital marketing or social analytics, ideally within fashion, beauty or retail.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful recommendations.

• Confident short-form video creation skills, including ideation, filming and editing using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere or similar.

• An understanding of paid social platforms such as Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager would be highly regarded.

• The ability to take a brief from concept through to execution while maintaining a consistent brand look and feel.

• Strong communication skills and confidence presenting performance insights to stakeholders.

• Most importantly, a genuine passion for fashion, jewellery, social media, pop culture and emerging consumer trends.
