About the Role 

We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic Spa & Body Therapists, who will lead by example, demonstrate outstanding customer service skills and thrive on team work to ensure the growth of the department. 

The successful applicants will have:

• 
  

  Certificate IV or Diploma in Beauty Therapy or Massage Therapy



• 
  

  Outstanding technical skills in massage



• 
  

  Excellent communication, interpersonal, and outstanding customer service skills



• 
  

  Attention to detail, flexibility and reliability.



• 
  

  Committed to your profession and focused on connecting with your client.



• 
  

  Possessing a high standard of grooming and personal presentation



• 
  

  The ability to be proactive in terms of re-booking/upselling and retailing.



• 
  

  Experience in similar position within an international 5-star hotel or luxury resort is preferred.



• 
  

  2-5 years or more experience in a similar role will be highly regarded.
