Job Description - Specialist, CRM & Campaign Delivery

At IAG, we’re ready for you. We're the largest general insurance group in Australia and New Zealand. Our family of brands turns the IAG purpose of making your world a safer place into action by helping everyday Aussies and New Zealanders, supporting their ambitions and making insurance accessible.

Build the engine behind great marketing and help take it to the next level. As the CRM & Campaign Delivery Specialist supporting our CGU & WFI brands, you will play a hands-on role in bringing campaigns to life through smart, efficient execution while steadily improving how the work gets done. This is where detail meets impact. You will work across platforms and processes to make sure campaigns run smoothly today, while also helping shape a more automated, data-led future. If you enjoy getting into the mechanics, solving for better ways of working and making things more efficient, this role offers real influence.

This is a permanent full-time role based in Gadigal Country (Darling Park 2, Sydney), Meanjin (Brisbane) or Naarm (Melbourne).

What You'll Do

  • Deliver campaigns and communications through CRM and marketing platforms, ensuring accurate, high-quality execution that supports integrated, multi-channel marketing activity

  • Build and refine templates, workflows and processes to improve consistency, efficiency and scalability across campaign delivery and marketing operations

  • Manage the central marketing workflow and calendar, coordinating priorities, dependencies and sequencing to enable smooth, timely campaign execution

  • Support marketing teams with tools, guidance and best practice to uplift capability and improve how campaigns are delivered and optimised

  • Monitor execution quality and campaign performance, identifying opportunities to enhance processes, improve outcomes and embed continuous improvement

  • Partner with stakeholders and technology teams to optimise platform usage and support evolving marketing capability, including automation and segmentation readiness

  • Contribute to improving data structures and lifecycle approaches, helping prepare the business for more advanced CRM and marketing automation

What You'll Bring

  • Experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar CRM platforms to deliver campaigns and communications end-to-end (Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred)

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple workflows and priorities with attention to detail

  • An interest in improving processes, building structure and making marketing execution more efficient

  • Confidence working with data and performance insights to optimise campaigns and improve delivery quality

  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to support and enable others across marketing teams

  • Curiosity to learn new tools and contribute to evolving marketing technology and automation capability

  • A practical, solutions focused approach in environments where processes and systems are still developing

What We Offer

  • Boosted superannuation with 13% as standard.

  • 20 days annual leave + 5 days MyLeave (extra leave for what’s important to you).

  • Work from home and many more flexibility options with myFlex.

  • Up to 50% off personal insurance, including home and motor insurance.

  • Partner discounts on private health insurance, tech & appliances, and many more.

  • Industry-leading 20 weeks paid parental leave.

  • Access to LinkedIn Learning, the award-winning IAG Academy, study assistance and secondment opportunities.
