About the role
Join our team as a Specialist – People & Capability in this 12-month contract role, where you’ll partner with business leaders and the broader team to deliver practical, consistent, and compliant people outcomes across our Orica Digital Solutions business. This is a dynamic role combining both operational and advisory responsibilities, with a strong focus on business partnering, employee relations, compliance, and driving impactful people initiatives.
You’ll act as a trusted advisor and escalation point for more complex matters, while also contributing to projects that strengthen people practices, governance, and organizational capability—making a real impact on how we support and grow our people.
This role offers flexible work arrangements and capacity, with options from at least 3 days per week through to full-time.
