Apply your specialist expertise where it drives real impact — in a structured and well-supported clinical environment
Bathurst Correctional Centre offers a supportive, multidisciplinary environment focused on rehabilitation and positive offender outcomes.
Step into a role where your work has real impact—supporting individuals in custody to change, grow, and reintegrate into the community. As part of a collaborative team, you’ll deliver high-quality psychological services within a structured custodial setting, making a meaningful difference every day.
As a Specialist Psychologist with Corrective Services NSW, you will work with complex and high-risk presentations, applying advanced clinical judgement, assessment strategies, formulations, and intervention strategies to support mental health, risk, and behaviour change, and reduce reoffending.
This role is suited to experienced psychologists who bring depth of expertise and are confident working autonomously while contributing to broader clinical practice in a correctional environment.
