We're looking for a Specialist Recruitment Advisor to join our Transport & Infrastructure ANZ Recruitment team. While we call this team "Specialist Recruitment", our focus is on recruiting professional, technical, leadership and corporate talent across the business. Think project management, engineering, commercial, finance, safety, technology, P&C and operational leadership roles rather than high-volume or trade-based recruitment. 

As a trusted recruitment partner, you'll work closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, provide market insights, develop sourcing strategies and deliver exceptional candidate experiences. You'll play a key role in identifying and attracting top talent while building strong talent pipelines to support the growth of our business.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative ANZ recruitment team where you'll have the autonomy to influence hiring outcomes, drive innovative sourcing strategies and partner with leaders across a diverse portfolio of businesses.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for a recruitment professional with experience recruiting salaried or professional talent in either an agency or internal environment, along with:

• Proven experience recruiting professional, technical, corporate or leadership roles
• Strong sourcing capability across platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek Talent Search and other talent attraction channels
• Ability to build proactive talent pipelines for current and future workforce needs
• Experience partnering with hiring managers to develop recruitment and sourcing strategies
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to provide market insights and recruitment advice
• Excellent candidate care and communication skills throughout the recruitment lifecycle
• Experience managing multiple vacancies and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• A proactive mindset with the ability to think strategically and identify innovative attraction solutions
• A passion for inclusive hiring practices and creating positive candidate experiences
