We are seeking a highly motivated person to be a Specialist / Senior Closure Planner in the Strategic Planning & Study team, reporting to the Superintendent Study Integration, Copper South Australia.
In this role you will undertake all aspects of the closure management process, including maintenance of the closure knowledge base, stakeholder engagement, closure risk and opportunity assessment, closure plan development and closure cost estimating. Additionally, you will support strategic studies and projects, including in-field closure trials to inform the closure knowledge base. The role supports all BHP South Australian copper operations.
Your technical expertise will contribute to effective engagement with external and internal stakeholders on closure planning issues and integration of closure requirements into business activities.
This role is based in Adelaide on a Monday-Friday basis with some site travel required.
