Location – Sydney CBD and Parramatta


Employment type – Ongoing Full time


Salary – $113,574 - $125,720 plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading


 


Your role


 


Join the Industrial Relations Commission within DCJ and play a key role in delivering high-quality statistical and financial reporting. This is a great opportunity to apply your analytical expertise to support decision-making, funding allocation and operational performance. You’ll work with diverse data sources and modern tools to deliver insights that drive transparency, accountability and improved outcomes across a complex and impactful environment.


 


What you’ll do


 


As part of the Superior Courts team, you will deliver statistical and financial reporting and analysis to support operational and executive decision-making.


 


You will


 



  • Develop and maintain statistical and financial reports for operational and management purposes

  • Undertake data collection, cleansing, analysis and visualisation to support business insights

  • Design and maintain methodologies for activity tracking, cost allocation and funding attribution

  • Monitor data quality, investigate issues and ensure integrity of reporting outputs

  • Communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across reporting and analytics


You’ll work in a collaborative, high-performing team environment, engaging with finance, data and operational stakeholders to deliver accurate and meaningful reporting outcomes


 


What we’re looking for


 



  • Experience using data analytics and visualisation tools, with the ability to analyse, interpret and present complex data clearly

  • Strong financial acumen, including experience in financial analysis, reporting and cost allocation methodologies

  • Ability to communicate analytical and financial insights effectively to a broad range of stakeholders

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in statistics, finance, economics, data analytics or equivalent experience
