Store Activation Specialist (Mentone-Melbourne Airport)

About the role

As a Store Activation Specialist, you’ll be the heartbeat of our Automated Retail Vending business across the South Melbourne region.  Your route will include 2 days at Melbourne Airport and 3 days at Moorabbin Airport. 

Your work schedule will generally be Monday to Friday, averaging eight hours per day.  This is a fixed term contract ending 30 June 2026.

Your mission? To keep our vending machines stocked and merchandised, ensuring Coca-Cola’s iconic brands are always within reach and looking their best.

You’ll receive full technical training and ongoing support to complete your day safely and confidently while overcoming any challenges you encounter.

Love staying active? This role keeps you moving — safely lifting cases in and out of your company vehicle and vending machines, giving you plenty of opportunity to stay fit while doing meaningful work.

• You have a keen eye for detail and take pride in making our products stand out.


• You’re confident working independently but also enjoy connecting with a wider operations team during training and celebrations.


• Experience in customer service, merchandising, or courier work is a plus.


• A Heavy Rigid (HR) truck licence is required for this role.


• You can safely lift 16kg repeatedly, as safety is our top priority (Zero Harm Policy).
