Your daily responsibilities:

• Receive Stock Deliveries
• Pick & Pack Customer Orders
• Invoice Customer Orders
• Receive Customer Orders from Embroidery / Printing
• Deal with customer queries/complaints and offering solutions

Your skills and experience:

• Demonstrated ability to manage tasks quickly and to be flexible.
• Experience with high level ERP sytems
• High level of communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Enthusiastic with an excellent team and big picture focus.
• Positive, friendly and outcome focused.
• Be self-motivated and have the ability to use common sense and initiative.
• Hands-on “Doer” and “Finisher”. 
• RELIABLE & ACCURATE with a high level of integrity.
