As a Senior Associate, you will be at the analytical core of our engagements. You'll generate and test hypotheses, build frameworks, conduct research and synthesise complex information into insights that drive client decisions. You'll take ownership of your workstream - managing deliverables, reconciling ambiguous data and presenting findings with clarity and confidence. Our teams are lean and shift with each engagement, so you'll need to be adaptable, proactive and ready to operate with real autonomy. You'll also begin contributing to business development - supporting proposals, developing thought leadership and building the commercial instincts that accelerate your growth toward Manager. 

We're looking for sharp, curious thinkers who bring structure to unstructured problems and hold themselves to a high standard. You should be someone who communicates with precision, collaborates generously and takes initiative without waiting to be asked. Experience in financial services or mining will give you a head start, but we're equally interested in exceptional problem-solvers from any background who are hungry to build deep sector knowledge and develop fast.

What you’ll do: 

• Develop and implement strategic plans that are closely aligned with clients’ overarching business objectives. 

• Lead comprehensive research and analysis initiatives to capture valuable market insights and trends. 

• Manage and steer client engagements, facilitating workshops and presentations to guide decision-making processes. 

• Oversee the preparation of detailed deliverables, ensuring high-quality reports and presentations that effectively communicate findings.

• Proven analytical abilities, showcasing the skill to extract meaningful insights from complex data sets. 

• High proficiency in communication, both verbally and in writing, to effectively articulate ideas and influence stakeholders. 

• Strong problem-solving capabilities, with a knack for delivering innovative and creative solutions to challenges. 

• Demonstrated collaboration skills, contributing positively and effectively within diverse and dynamic teams.
