Studio Set Visual Coordinator

Are you passionate about bringing creative visions to life and ensuring every on-air moment runs seamlessly? We’re looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Studio Set Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in the smooth running of our live and recorded television programs.

About the Role

In this pivotal position, you’ll be the driving force behind the coordination and presentation of our studio floor and sets. Working closely with the Producer, Director, and Visual Merchandise Lead, you’ll make sure everything that happens on the studio floor is executed with precision, professionalism, and creativity.

Your focus will be on maintaining the highest standards of visual presentation, ensuring our hosts are supported, products are displayed according to Visual Merchandising guidelines, and transitions between segments happen smoothly and safely.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee all activity on the studio floor and sets.


• Liaise closely with the Producer, Director, and Visual Merchandise team to facilitate seamless program flow.


• Ensure all product displays meet TVSN’s Visual Merchandising and brand guidelines.


• Co-ordinate the setup and visual presentation of sets for each show, hour by hour.


• Uphold and enhance the on-air visual identity and creative standards of TVSN.


• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe studio environment at all times.


• Combine adherence to style guides with your own creativity to elevate on-air visuals.

About You

• Experience in live television, production coordination, set design, or a similar creative environment.


• Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.


• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.


• A proactive problem-solver with the ability to stay calm under pressure.


• A passion for visual presentation, storytelling, and brand consistency.
