ASPIRE to grow your career! We are currently recruiting for a Processing Shift Supervisor to join our Processing team. Reporting to the Processing Superintendent, you will be supporting the supervision of the Processing Team to ensure effective production and utilisation in achieving optimum process operations.

This is a permanent opportunity, working 8 day on, 6 day off, 7 nights on, 7 days off roster at our Laverton Gold Operation.

The opportunity:

• Providing efficient and effective leadership support to the Process Shift Leads to ensure the processing plant can operate optimally at all times.

• Identifying areas for improvement within the process plant regarding safety, production, and cost.

• Contributing to the on target performance of the Process team by ensuring production, gold recovery and cost per tonne targets are achieved.

• Analysing samples and readings of the process to ensure all recording of data is correct.

• Checking equipment for malfunction and arranging maintenance requirements.

What we will expect from you:

• Mineral processing experience within a supervisory role

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

• Pronto experience is desirable

• Excellent time management and organisational skills and ability to work under pressure

• Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel and Power Point)
