Sustainability & ESG Manager

I-MED Radiology is Australia's leading medical imaging network, employing more than 6,000 people and partnering with over 500 radiologists across Australia and New Zealand.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to shape and lead I-MED's sustainability and ESG agenda. As Sustainability & ESG Manager, you will develop and drive our ESG strategy, embedding sustainability into core business operations, decision-making and long-term planning.

Combining strategic thinking with practical execution, you will work closely with Senior Leaders across the organisation to translate ESG obligations and emerging trends into meaningful business outcomes that deliver positive environmental, social, and organisational impacts.

This role is ideally suited to a collaborative and influential leader who can navigate complexity, drive change and build organisational capability in a dynamic and evolving landscape.

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Develop and execute I-MED's ESG and sustainability strategy aligned to organisational priorities and long-term business objectives


• Oversee ESG data governance, reporting frameworks and assurance processes to ensure integrity, transparency and credibility


• Identify opportunities to enhance business value through ESG initiatives, innovation and continuous improvement


• Deliver meaningful ESG performance insights and recommendations to the Executive Leadership Team and Board


• Proactively identify sustainability-related risks and opportunities and work collaboratively with stakeholders to develop effective responses


• Drive continuous improvement in ESG data collection, measurement and reporting capabilities


• Engage and influence stakeholders at all levels to build commitment and accountability for ESG outcomes

About You

You are a strategic minded ESG professional with the ability to influence, engage and drive outcomes across a complex organisation.

You'll bring:

• Demonstrated experience leading sustainability and ESG programs in a large organisation


• Strong knowledge of ESG frameworks, reporting requirements and regulatory obligations


• Experience developing executive and board-level reporting and insights


• Strong analytical, problem-solving and strategic thinking capabilities


• Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills


• Experience managing ESG data, governance and assurance processes
