At Insignia Financial, technology plays a critical role in how we support and deliver for our customers. We're looking for a Citrix Engineer to join our team and help shape the future of our enterprise Citrix platform.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Citrix specialist looking to deepen their technical expertise within a large-scale environment, work with modern workplace technologies and contribute to projects that deliver real business impact.

The opportunity to join our team

As a Citrix Engineer, you'll play a key role in supporting and enhancing the platforms that enable our people to securely access critical applications and services across the organisation.

Working as part of a collaborative and highly experienced team, you'll monitor, manage and optimise Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops while supporting core technologies including StoreFront, Provisioning Services (PVS) and NetScaler Gateways. You'll troubleshoot complex issues, improve platform performance, support application deployments and contribute to initiatives that strengthen and modernise our technology environment.

This role offers a great mix of operational support and project work, making it ideal for someone looking to build deeper Citrix expertise while gaining exposure to enterprise-scale application delivery and workplace technologies. What you will bring

We're looking for someone with solid Citrix experience who is ready to take the next step in their career.

You'll ideally have:

• Proven experience in Citrix operational support or a similar infrastructure role


• Strong knowledge of Citrix technologies including NetScaler, XenApp, XenDesktop and Citrix Cloud


• Experience supporting Active Directory, Windows Server environments and Group Policy Management


• Exposure to virtualised environments and infrastructure support


• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities


• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders


• A collaborative mindset and willingness to contribute to a positive team culture


• Relevant IT qualifications, certifications or equivalent practical experience
