As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering end-to-end recruitment across both white and blue-collar roles, supporting multiple departments. This is an operational role where you will manage hiring processes, engage stakeholders to build relationships, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
Key responsibilities include:

• Managing full-cycle recruitment across a variety of white and blue collar roles
• Partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs
• Coordinating interviews, offers, and onboarding processes
• Supporting talent pipelines and sourcing strategies
• Ensuring a positive and efficient candidate experience
