Team Leader | Community Living Support (CLS)

As a Team Leader within our Community Living Support (CLS) program, you'll play a key role in guiding a passionate team to deliver person-led, recovery-focused support that makes a genuine difference in people's lives.
Community Living Support (CLS) is a NSW Government-funded initiative providing flexible, community-based psychosocial support for people aged 16 years and over who experience severe mental health challenges. Working closely with Local Health Districts and community partners, we support people to build independence, strengthen connections and work towards their recovery goals.
About the Opportunity
You will provide day to day leadership, coaching and support to a multidisciplinary team, ensuring high-quality, safe and effective service delivery. You will foster a positive team culture, promote reflective practice and support continuous improvement while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders across the region.
Key Responsibilities
About You
You are a confident and supportive leader with experience in mental health, psychosocial support or community services. Passionate about recovery-oriented practice, you thrive on coaching and developing others while fostering a positive team culture. Your strong communication, stakeholder engagement and organisational skills enable you to build meaningful partnerships, manage competing priorities and ensure high-quality service delivery. You bring a commitment to person-centred support, continuous improvement and achieving positive outcomes for both participants and staff.
