Do you have a warm heart and a friendly ear, and enjoy slowing down over a cuppa and a meaningful chat?

Are you looking for a social outing, love all things sport and want to connect in your own community? We have a lovely gentleman seeking a like minded mate who loves his sports and values good company. He enjoys chatting about games, teams, and life in generalâand heâs always happiest when heâs connecting with others.

Your visit could be filled with lively conversation, sports talk, shared laughs, and the simple pleasure of spending time together.

If you enjoy great chats, a bit of sporting banter, and making someoneâs week brighter, weâd love to hear from youâthis could be your most enjoyable hour of the week.

Volunteering as a social visitor can be a rewarding experience, both for the person you visit as well as yourself. Regular visits from volunteers can help to improve quality of life and help people feel less isolated.

HammondCare

HammondCare is an independent Christian charity and we're passionate about improving the quality of life for people in need. We have a wonderful group of volunteers that partner with us to enhance the lives of elderly people.

HammondCare is a provider of The Aged Care Volunteer Visitor Scheme funded by the Australian Government and is established to promote links between elderly people and volunteers in their local community.

Requirements

18 years or older â¢ National Volunteer Police Check arranged and paid for by HammondCare â¢

We'd be happy to discuss a suitable time during the week for a one hour visit between 9am and 4pm Monday to Sunday, visits could be weekly to fortnightly depending on your availability.
