Technical Service Support Specialist - Senior

Job Summary:

Provide technical support to mining customers and OEMs.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

• Provide  technical support and diagnostic assistance for complex warranty and non-warranty repair issues.


• Document  diagnostic findings and repair outcomes clearly in relevant databases.


• Manage escalations and coordinate support for complex technical issues.


• Lead continuous improvement initiatives for diagnostic support and escalation processes.


• Maintain  technical expertise on current and emerging Cummins products.


• Promote Cummins service capabilities and programs to support sales growth.


• Investigate  product issues at customer and dealer locations.

Experience: 
Prior experience in a technical, parts or service role is desirable. To be successful, applicants should possess a strong desire to enter the mining market segment, have a team-centric disposition, and an eagerness to learn. 

 

The Product Support team provides technical and product build planning support to major mining customers, OEMs and the Cummins supply chain team. Working closely with the engineering team to support product troubleshooting, the PSR is an integral part of supporting the product offering and creating a preference for Cummins powered engines across the Pilbara.
