We're looking for skilled and passionate Automotive Technicians to join our dynamic team at Inchcape Subaru Parramatta. If you're driven by precision, performance, and pride in your work — this is the role for you.


What you’ll do

• 
  

  Carry out servicing and maintenance to ensure vehicles meet top safety and performance standards.

  
  


• 
  

  Diagnose and fix technical issues efficiently and accurately.

  
  


• 
  

  Work with Service Advisors and Workshop Controllers on complex repairs to ensure excellent customer service.

  
  


• 
  

  Follow manufacturer standards and repair guides to maintain quality.

  
  


• 
  

  Perform road tests and quality checks to confirm high-standard work.

  
  


• 
  

  Keep detailed and accurate service records of all completed tasks.

  
  

About you

To be successful in this role you will be:

• 
  

  Qualified Motor Mechanic with a valid Trade Certificate

  
  


• 
  

  Detail-oriented with strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills

  
  


• 
  

  Self-motivated, reliable, and capable of working independently and within a team

  
  


• 
  

  Committed to delivering top-tier service and craftsmanship

  
  


• 
  

  Hold a valid driver’s licence
