Test Manager

·         At
least 7 years of experience working as a Test Manager or Program Test Manager
delivering large, complex programs across corporate, finance, and insurance
domains.

·         Proven
experience leading testing across Oracle Fusion ERP, EPM and HCM platforms,
with strong understanding of integration, configuration and end -to -end
business process assurance.

·         Demonstrated
experience in insurance domain programs, including delivery across enterprise
transformation or transition initiatives.

·         Strong
experience in corporate and finance functions, including finance processes,
accounting controls, reconciliations, reporting and assurance of financial
outcomes.

·         Experience
defining program -level test strategies and governance across multiple test
streams including vendor testing, SIT, UAT, CVT and PVT.

·         Experience
leading broad test teams involving test managers, test leads and test
analysts across multiple delivery streams and external vendors.

·         Strong
experience in agile delivery environments and in managing complex stakeholder
landscapes including program managers, executive managers and business
sponsors.

·         Highly
skilled in setting up testing frameworks for large programs including test
estimates, methodologies, tools, environments, test data, governance and
automation needs.

·         Experience
working across a broad technology landscape including digital, enterprise
data and reporting platforms such as Redshift, Databricks and SAS, relevant
to corporate and finance domains, is highly desirable.

·         Prior
experience with JIRA and Confluence is desirable.
