Trades Assistant

We’re growing fast—and we’re looking for a hands-on, reliable Trades Assistant to support our Facilities & Engineering team across our Brisbane sites.

What you’ll be doing

• Assist tradespeople with maintenance and repairs on plant and equipment

• Respond to breakdowns and help get operations back up and running

• Support preventative maintenance to reduce downtime

• Carry out basic repair work and servicing tasks

• Work across warehouse facilities and equipment

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop

• Report faults and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

What we’re looking for

• 1–2 years’ experience in a similar hands-on role

• Experience using power tools or in mechanical/electrical environments

• Valid Driver’s Licence

• Forklift Licence (required)

• EWP / Boom Licence (required)

• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or in a team

• Positive, can-do attitude with a focus on safety

Bonus points if you have

• Trade qualification (or working towards one)

• Experience in warehouse or industrial environments

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
