Job Summary:

The Training and Relationship Manager (TRM) plays a key role in supporting HUB24’s adviser community by delivering high‑quality training and building strong, long‑term relationships with client practices. This role is responsible for meeting the training and development needs of both new and existing clients, while providing hands‑on support to advice practices across all levels of their business.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the training and development of HUB24 clients

  • Promote the products, features and benefits of the HUB24 solution to existing advisers to assist in the growth of the HUB24 business

  • Collaborate, build and refine training programs with other TRM’s to ensure best practice behaviours and methods are delivered

  • Work with other teams within the business to ensure consistent and high quality training material and programs are delivered

  • Be jointly accountable for the state and regional budget and work with the BDM’s and State Manager to grow new sales and strengthen relationships with clients

  • Proactively monitor and accelerate business through the sales pipeline

  • Provide input to BDM’s on new business development opportunities that are identified within adviser practices

Requirements:

  • A deep understanding of platform functionality and the broader financial services industry

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information clearly

  • Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the capacity to juggle multiple priorities

  • The ability to work autonomously while also enjoying collaboration within a team

  • Strong business acumen and a commercial mindset

  • High levels of technology competency and confidence learning new systems

  • Familiarity with industry tools such as financial planning software, accounting packages and CRM systems

  • A commitment to providing exceptional customer service

  • A strong desire to succeed and contribute to a high‑performing team and successful business
