As a Transaction Services Director in our market-leading Program Design and Delivery Services team, you’ll play a vital role in leading the shaping of business transformations and delivery of complex programs across various industries such as financial services, energy utilities and mining, retail, and consumer goods. You’ll work with global and domestic clients, including ASX-listed companies, driving high-impact transformation programs that enable them to achieve their strategic objectives and enhance operational performance.

What you’ll do: 

• Cultivate and leverage a broad network of relationships to deliver exceptional outcomes for our people, clients, and broader stakeholders, fostering collaboration and long-term value creation 

• Partner closely with executive leadership and senior stakeholders to understand their strategic objectives, align program goals accordingly, and ensure effective communication and governance throughout the program lifecycle 

• Architect comprehensive program delivery structures, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage program delivery disciplines and governance, and oversee the execution of initiatives to deliver desired business outcomes 

• Lead value realisation efforts to support adoption, monitor program performance against key metrics, and ensure that the intended benefits and strategic goals are achieved and sustained post-delivery 

• Champion the integration of emerging technologies, including AI and innovative digital tools, to elevate engagement delivery, enrich client experience, and continuously enhance your digital capabilities and agility 

• Lead, mentor, and inspire high-performing teams, fostering trusted relationships and developing future leaders by empowering and growing their technical and commercial expertise 

What we’re looking for: 

• Team player with a positive “can do” attitude to challenges who is able to work under pressure across multiple engagements  

• Background in leading the delivery of large transformational change initiatives, supporting clients to achieve strategy through execution.  

• Proficiency in all program delivery disciplines across the delivery lifecycle, including the management and operation of central project and transformation management offices 

• Able to develop executive level reporting and communicate in a clear, concise, and understandable manner to clients, stakeholders, and team members.  

• Utilise your commercial and business acumen to understand market trends, assess business opportunities, and provide strategic insights that enhance client value.  

• Act with integrity and show care for the people you work with  

• Demonstrate an ability to develop lasting internal and client relationships
