What you’ll do: 

• Demonstrate commercial and analytical focus in influencing and advising clients 

• Help to identify key value drivers and deal breakers 

• Complete pre-lend reviews for Financiers 

• Contribute to due diligence accounting for IPOs  

• Work with and assist our leaders with all facets of transactions 

What we’re looking for: 

• Solid background in financial analysis, in a transaction services or corporate environment 

• Detailing data collection, analysis and modelling 

• Experienced in supporting companies acquiring or divesting businesses or raising expansion capital projects 

• Buy and sell side financial due diligence  

• Organisational and project management  

• Tertiary qualifications in Accounting/Commerce/Business or related qualification and studies undertaken in CA, CFA, Master of Finance, FINSIA or similar discipline
