UAT Test Lead

Must Have Skills:

·         Proven experience as a Test Coordinator
/ Senior Test Analyst / Test lead on large transformation programs

·         Strong experience testing
Microsoft-based solutions (e.g. Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure services)

·         Experience in Azure DevOps,
Playwright and test automation practices

·         Experience working in vendor-led
delivery with client-side validation responsibilities

·         Strong stakeholder engagement
capability, including UAT coordination with business teams

·         Excellent communication skills
and attention to detail

·         Structured and meticulous approach
to testing and assurance

Nice to Have Skills:
Prior working experience with Government clients

Microsoft Certifications

·         Detailed Job Description
Act as the primary point of
contact for all testing-related matters

·         Manage and coordinate PTA
post-sprint testing (formal validation of sprint outcomes)

·         Provide independent validation of
vendor-delivered outputs including test automation scripts

·         Manage and coordinate Release
testing (approx. every 3 sprints)

·         Support and coordinate manual
testing with business stakeholders, ensuring consistency and alignment to
requirements

·         Lead and manage UAT activities,
including early preview UAT and full UAT cycles

·         Support data migration testing
and validation, including functional validation using migrated data

·         Manage defect triage, tracking,
and resolution coordination

·         Develop and execute test cases
across functional, integration, and regression testing cycles

·         Maintain accurate test artefacts
in Azure DevOps

·         Ensure alignment with IMOS
standards and project governance requirements

Minimum Years of Experience
: 12-14 years of total IT experience

Certifications Needed:  ISTQB, Microsoft AzureDevops
