MSS Security is seeking dedicated Full-Time Security Officers to join our university team in Robina, Gold Coast. Whether you have previous security experience or are looking to enter the industry, we want to hear from you.

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong customer service experience, a professional presentation and a positive attitude who is ready to build their career in security.

About you:

• Full Australian working rights
• Valid QLD Security Licence (Crowd Control component preferred)
• Current First Aid and CPR (or willingness to obtain)
• Valid driver's licence
• 24/7 availability, including weekends.
• Strong customer service and communication skills, with a professional presentation and positive attitude.

What you'll be doing:

• Conduct regular foot patrols and maintain a safe and secure campus environment.
• Assist students, staff and visitors with directions, enquiries and professional customer service.
• Unlock and secure buildings and facilities, and provide escorts around campus when required.
• Respond to incidents, complete accurate reports and provide security-related support as required.
