Venue Manager | Naracoorte Hotel

Ready to swap city congestion for country hospitality?

We’re looking for an experienced Venue Manager to lead one of our key regional venues in Naracoorte, at the heart of South Australia’s Limestone Coast.

This role is suited to a true hospitality operator — someone with strong financial acumen, a passion for the industry and a genuine desire to become part of the local community.

The Leader We’re Looking For

Head – Driver: Commercially switched on, understands the numbers and takes ownership of venue performance.

Heart – Leads from the front: Builds strong relationships with the team, guests and local community. Someone who wants to get involved, support locals and make the venue an important part of the town.

Hands – Doer, not a hoper: Hands-on, practical and willing to jump in wherever needed.

Previous regional experience would be highly regarded. We’re looking for someone who understands that running a successful regional pub is about much more than what happens inside the four walls.

What’s on Offer

• OTE up to $159,000 (base salary + super + performance bonus)
• Relocation reimbursement available, up to $5,000
• Short-term onsite accommodation available
• Genuine career progression with Australian Venue Co.

Why Naracoorte?

Naracoorte offers a fantastic regional lifestyle with affordable housing, strong schools, a close-knit community and everything you need day to day.

You’ll be based in the heart of the Limestone Coast, surrounded by Coonawarra, Padthaway and Wrattonbully wine regions, with the World Heritage-listed Naracoorte Caves, national parks and coastal destinations all within reach.

For a hospitality leader who wants to run a great pub, know the locals and genuinely become part of the community, this could be a very rewarding next move.
