We are seeking a warm, professional, and highly motivated Veterinary Receptionist to join the team at Vetcall Mudgeeraba. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a caring, fast-paced veterinary clinic where client experience and animal welfare are at the heart of everything we do.

Our clinic is a vibrant and dynamic environment, consulting with 4–5 veterinarians per day and caring for 40–60 clients/patients across a typical day. While it is a busy setting, it is also highly supportive, structured, and rewarding, where teamwork and positive energy ensure every patient receives excellent care and every client feels looked after.

About You

You are a bright, positive, and empathetic communicator who thrives in a busy environment and genuinely enjoys helping people and their pets. You bring a calm, polished, and professional presence to every interaction and take pride in delivering outstanding client care.

We are looking for someone who brings:

• People Skills & Energy: A friendly, upbeat, and empathetic communicator who thrives in a fast-paced clinic environment.
• Polished Professionalism: Excellent phone manner and confident, professional face-to-face communication.
• Sales Experience (Care-First Focus): Previous sales or account management experience is highly regarded; however, your genuine passion for animal welfare and client education is most important.
• Team Player Attitude: A calm, reliable, and supportive team member who stays composed under pressure and contributes to a positive clinic culture.
