Job Description - Warehouse Associate

About Us

BlastOne is a global leader in Corrosion Control and Protective Coatings solutions. In Australia, we support contractors nationwide with high‑quality abrasives, equipment, and rental services.

We are committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and continuously improving the way we work. Our teams are driven, collaborative, and dedicated to helping our clients achieve safer, more efficient, and more productive outcomes.

About the Role
We are hiring a full-time Warehouse Associate based in Henderson, WA. This role suits someone who works safely, stays organised, and takes ownership of getting jobs done properly.
You will handle day-to-day warehouse tasks including receiving, picking, dispatch, and basic hose and component assembly. You will also help keep stock accurate and escalate issues early when something does not look right.

What you will do

  • Work safely at all times and follow WHS procedures.

  • Assemble hose parts and small components, including basic repairs.

  • Load and unload deliveries.

  • Receive and check stock against purchase orders, identify discrepancies, and escalate promptly.

  • Receive purchase and transfer orders, inspect, label, and put-away to the correct inventory location.

  • Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders accurately and on time.

  • Support stock counts and stocktake activities to maintain inventory accuracy.

  • Keep the warehouse clean, organised, and safe.

  • Raise hazards, near misses, and safety improvements early. We want people who speak up.

What we are looking for

  • Current forklift licence.

  • Current Australian driver’s licence.

  • Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment and solid general warehouse practices.

  • Strong attention to detail (receipting, pick accuracy, and stock control).

  • Comfortable using warehouse systems (NetSuite ideal) and basic Microsoft Office.

  • RF scanning experience is helpful, not required.

  • Clear communication and a proactive approach (you raise issues early, you do not let them sit).

What you will get

  • Tailored on-the-job training.

  • Uniform and PPE provided.

  • Development opportunities linked to performance.

  • Participation in our company bonus scheme.

  • Opportunities to collaborate with a national team across the business.

  • Be part of a dynamic, fast-paced team with a positive and supportive culture.

If you are looking for a hands on warehouse role where safety, teamwork, and quality matter, we encourage you to apply.
